Canyon operates differently in the United States compared to most of the world. The customer support experience, bike inventory, and even accessory availability may be noticeably different.

Orders ship from an American warehouse, so the inventory will only reflect what is readily available, unlike the rest of the world where you may be able to preorder a bike and receive a payment link when it is ready.

You may have a much harder time with availability of accessories or spare parts, with some items such as the GEAR GROOVE Aero Extension being unavailable in the US.

German law has stringent regulations regarding bicycle lights, so you may notice some products like the FLASH 800 are not available.

Other Regulations

Many countries have laws about things like included lights or reflectors being installed on any bike sold, so your bike may arrive with these. If your local laws allow they can be removed easily and replaced with the safety gear of your choice.
